This week's outfit of the week goes to Sarah from The Queen of Wanderlust. I absolutely love this simple yet cute outfit she made! I love how sweet her heart cardi looks with this colorful blue dress. Plus, isn't this color just fabulous on her? I also like how she belted the entire look which gives her that hourglass shape.
